Operations Manager Jessica Cruell a Greenville, South Carolina native who moved to the Lowcountry where she attended Charleston Southern University.  Jessica joins our management team with 12 years of healthcare experience.  Prior to joining our management team, Jessica was  Operating Officer at a major Urgent Care Organization.

Billing Manager Amy Hack is the Billing Manager at Pain Specialists of Charleston.  A Charleston native, Amy brings 20+ years of clinical and administrative experience to the practice.   Amy is a graduate of The Medical University of South Carolina and has a Bachelor’s of Health Science with a focus in Healthcare Administration.

Chief Operations and Business Officer Erica DeGroff is the Chief Operations and Business Officer at Pain Specialists of Charleston, P.A..  A graduate of Miami University (Ohio), Erica has worked in the advertising industry since 2006 and joined us as the marketing director.  She now oversees office operations and business development for our office.

Front Office Manager Jenna Cheatham is the Front Office Manager for Pain Specialists of Charleston. A South Carolina Native, she graduated from Charleston Southern University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and then a Masters of Business Administration.  Prior to joining our practice, Jenna worked for Trident Anesthesia Group.

Front Office Angie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Communications Degree. Before coming to Pain Specialist Angie was in pharmaceutical sales for four years and was in medical sales with Johnson and Johnson for four years.
