To Our Patients
As our communities continue to feel the increased impact and uncertainty surrounding the spread of Coronavirus, we wanted to provide some insight into our updated policies and procedures.
Our practice is proud to provide a clean and sanitary environment for patient care and in light of the current situation, our housekeeping and cleaning procedures have been exponentially increased. If you are HEALTHY and have a scheduled appointment, test, or procedure, it is our intent to be available to not only serve your healthcare needs, but provide a safe and sanitary environment to do so.
If you or a family member have an upcoming appointment and can answer YES to the below listed questions, please notify us and allow us to reschedule your appointment
- Are you or your family member displaying any common flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) or any respiratory difficulty?
- Have you or your family member had direct contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
- Have you or a family member recently travelled to an area with widespread or ongoing transmission (Level 3 Travel Health Notice) such as China, Iran, South Korea, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, the UK, or Ireland?
Any patient presenting to our offices affirming any of the above may be asked to go home and contact their primary care provider.
To reschedule PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, you may send us a message through our secure patient portal, email us via info@Painchas.com or call us at 843-818-1181. We will ask that you remain at home and provide you with a new appointment at your convenience.
Additionally, out of an abundance of caution, we are limiting any non-essential visitors, vendors, or stakeholders. If you or your family member are well and coming to our office for an appointment, we kindly ask that you limit the number of persons who accompany you, if at all possible. For your additional convenience and to promote social distancing, we have implemented a system that allows patients to check in and wait for their appointments in their personal vehicles.
We recognize this is a challenging time for all and we remain deeply committed to the safety of our patients, teams, and communities. Our patients are the heart of our company and we look forward to providing you continued care in the days and weeks ahead.
We wish you continued good health
